We are a division of MapleState Construction — which means the experience behind this company is real and earned over more than a decade of hands-on commercial and industrial installation work across Ontario. We are two principals who show up, carry out the work ourselves, and take personal responsibility for every installation that goes out under our name.

Rooftops on data centres and industrial buildings carry serious fall risk — cooling towers, generators, HVAC platforms, and service walkways create hazards the OBC addresses directly. We design and install compliant perimeter and equipment guardrail systems built for the load requirements of commercial and industrial rooftops across Ontario.
Elevated mezzanines, equipment platforms, and catwalks appear throughout industrial and data centre environments. We supply and install structural guardrail systems rated for the load requirements of these applications, with compliance documentation and engineered drawings where required.
Beyond fixed guardrail, many facilities need skylight guards, roof hatch protection, leading edge systems, and anchor points. We design and install CSA Z797-compliant fall protection systems and can provide fall protection plans as part of our scope — a documented requirement on larger Ontario projects.
Inside active data halls, raised floor edge protection, server row barriers, and aisle containment systems are both a safety requirement and an operational tool. We install with a zero-disruption methodology — planned, scheduled, and executed to keep live systems exactly that way.
High-voltage switchgear, UPS systems, transformer bays, and generator enclosures require safety demarcation meeting both OBC and ESA standards. We install barriers that protect personnel, satisfy inspectors, and hold up in the demanding conditions of electrical and mechanical rooms.
Loading docks, parking structures, and facility perimeters need vehicle barriers, bollards, and edge protection that absorb real-world impact. We supply and install systems engineered for high-traffic and security-sensitive environments across Ontario.
